Terms and Conditions

Terms of Sales: 

  1. Our attention that Import duties and taxes can be refunded in any country where the product delivery.

  5. Your order is confirmed by e-mail with the (s) model (s) details and prices of your products and the address and delivery time.
  6. Upon receipt of payment as per contract, your order will be sent as soon as possible

Warranty conditions: 

  1. A warranty in damage / loss can be requested from customer’s transportation.
  2. To guarantee in the package must be check upon delivery.
  3. Any damage should be reported immediately in writing on the delivery note, in case of a warranty claim damages must be made by the clients to the country of his delivery.
  4. These products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year.
  5. From the date of purchase. The warranty standards for Electronic system 6 months, Tap water 12 months
  6. UV lamps are the parts accordingly to wear, the warranty is 30 days.
  7. Transmission equipment for replacement or repair, all cost will responsible by a customer.
  8. In case of refusal to take delivery of the goods by the customer upon delivery, the possible return of the goods to the customer.
  9. If broken, the UV lamps and quartz lenses are not covered by the warranty, Warranty claims are processed only if the product is returned duly stamped and accompanied by valid purchase title.
  10. We expressly disclaim any warranty claim resulting from incorrect installation or incorrect order.
  11. Consecutive faults poor maintenance is not covered by warranty.
  12. It should replace the lamp after 10,000 hours, from 5,000 hours the production of ozone with UV-C lamps decreases.
  13. Repairs under warranty can only be performed by our company.
  14. We are in no way responsible for any damage arising from consecutive dysfunction, poor maintenance or improper use if the device.

Payment conditions: 

  1. Bank transfer, attention to the amount of transfer, please pay all of the bank commission charges and full amount need to reach to the seller account.
  2. If the amount is less than the amount of the Proforma invoice, the order may be made after regularization.

Delivery conditions: 

  1. The delivery period starts once the final payment reaches to seller account, this period is given for information only and does not include weekends and holidays.
  2. The delay in delivery can not under any circumstances give rise to termination or a claim for damages.
  3. In case of dispute, the jurisdiction is given to the courts of Thailand, province of Chiang Mai.


  1. We provide technical support by email; our technical department replies emails within 1 business day.
  2. We are also willing to provide technical support through telephone or instant messaging service base on time and date requested by a customer.
  3. For best technical support and fastest solution, we highly recommend following these steps in order:
    1. Email to our technical support department: with an exact & clear description of the problem, the mail should include:
    2. Symptoms of the problems, and how often they occur.
    3. The number of machines having these problems.
    4. Images of every machine having this problem, the image should show the problematic area.
  4. Receive an email from our technical support department within 1 business day, the email will contain a list of tests to be performed on the machines with the problem.
  5. Perform tests and email back the results to our technical support department.
  6. Receive solution: based on the test results, however, in some cases, the further test is required depending on the nature of the problem.
