Can I become an exclusive distributor of your product in my country / region?

Ans: We accept applications and we have sole distributors in many countries/regions, We have exclusive distributors in many countries (Russia, Ukraine, Philippines, … ) it has been successful model, It allows us to focus on on R&D and QC in manufacturing as we have steady demand, and in return our distribute can focus on marketing without worrying that someone might overtake the market that our distributor has invested and worked hard to establish, We do prefer to have at least one order/transaction with your company before going to exclusivity talks.

What are the conditions for becoming an exclusive distributor of your products in my country / region?

  1. Your company commits to certain sales volume per annum.
  2. Your company deposits 10% of the annual sales volume with us.
  3. The deposit is returned once the contract expires provided that your company satisfied its conditions.

What are the benefits of becoming your exclusive distributor?

  1. Complete control over distribution of our product in the country/region in terms of: pricing, marketing, implementation… etc.
  2. Competitive price that only sole distributors have access to.
  3. Ability to request product customization.
  4. Ability to request our support in your country, meaning that we would fly to your country to train and/or supervise installation and help troubleshooting.

What is the annual cost for changeable filters?

The average annual cost of changeable filters for a machine with a 3000 LPD production system is around $200 However, this cost varies greatly from place to place, as it depends on environmental factors, The most important factors that determine changeable parts frequency/cost:

  1. QUALITY AND CONDITION OF THE FEED WATER: Poor quality /hard water will require filters to be changed more frequently.
  2. FREQUENCY OF SERVICING / CLEANING OF THE MACHINE FILTER: Better care and service of the machine, will prolong the life of its filters Special cleaning machines (R.O. membrane cleaning machine) can help increase the life span of R.O. membranes up to 100%.
  3. VOLUME OF SALES: More water sales will require filters to be changed more frequently.

In general, what is the recommended service / filter changing schedule?

We would recommend:

  1. Having R.O. cleaning machine to wash your R.O. membrane using alkaline solution every 6 months.
  2. Washing pre-filters (Carbon, PP, pleat … etc) every 1-2 weeks.
  3. Changing pre-filters (Carbon, PP, pleat … etc) every 3 months, easily bought locally, should cost less than $20 for all of them.
  4. Change your R.O. membranes every 3 years, should cost around $100 per membrane.

Can I mix and match between different filtration systems and body designs?

Yes, but with some limitation, and some smaller body designs will not allow high capacities or some of the big optional features.

What is the dimensions, electrical consumption, storage tank capacity, technical specifications... etc of model X ?

We have many machine types and many filtration systems at many capacities, Considering this three variable, we have structured our website in a way that within clicks, you can find out the full tech specs (including power) of any machine + filtration combination. please start by choosing the filtration system (you are probably going with R.O.), and choose a machine design that suits your needs.

What is the water consumption of your machines?

Depending on the filtration system: R.O. produces 60% of the feed water, then rejects 40% We also have an ultra filtration system, which produces water at 100% efficiency (no reject water) However, we highly recommend R.O. over Ultra Filtration.
