The exclusive designed Quartz sleeve in our UV sterilizer is much different from other UV for maximum prevention of water leakage with lesser required O-rings.
The quartz sleeve will permanently fused with plastic capping as a single piece to cut all possible water leakage .Plastic capping have male thread to fit with female thread of S.S housing .Therefore it is very convenient & simple to clean the surface of quartz sleeve by detaching the whole quartz sleeve from S.S Housing.
UV lamp is well fitted inside this quartz sleeve as a single compact unit without any displacement to prevent lamp broking.
