Term & Conditions of Sales of Water Vending Machine:

• Minimum quantity order = 6 units; may be mix with various models in single shipment.
• Total order lesser than US$ 10,000 amount need deposit payment 100% in single T/T
• Total order over than US$ 10,000 amount need deposit payment 50% deposit by T/T together with purchase order; balance amount 50% pay by T/T = 7 days before shipment date or irrevocable L/C at sight 
• Deposit payment cannot refund or cancel the order after payment received.
• We will start production promptly after payment received date and re-confirm the exact shipment date by e-mail of fax
• We currently have exclusive dealers / buyers in some countries / regions. Upon receiving your enquiry we will final confirm our availability to able to sell or not able to sell as per  your enquiry to protect our dealers's distribution.
• General shipment method is Sea Freight; Emergency request may ship via airfreight.

Shipment & delivery term of Water Vending Machine:

• Generally we need production time = 2-3 weeks after payment received date in our account. 
• Some time period & complicated version; we may need longer production time than 2-3 weeks ; please request to get confirmed delivery time for each order before payment.
• Any Balance payment must reach our account minimum 5 days before shipment schedule to achieve smooth ocean liner's reservation.
• Average sailing time is variable range within = 7-50 days up to which region of destination port? some region may need only 7 days. We will final confirm sailing time after deposit payment recieved date. 
• To achieve faster response; please specify your destination port upon purchase order.

Requirement for installations of Water Vending Machine:

• Floor space = 100-150 c.m [width] [depend on which model?] x 120 c.m [depth] x 220 c.m [height] for installation. After placement; fix machine's extension feet with ground floor with 3 screws.
• Electricity = 5-10 amperes [depend on which model?]
• Water pipe : inlet feed water = ½ inch port; drain water = 1/2 inch port; reject water = ½ inch port
• Our water vending machine already had water / test run 48 hours before shipment. You just plug in Electricity & water pipe to our prepared slots & sockets to start their operation 

Warranty term of Water Vending Machine

• 12 months after shipment date.
• All shipment will already include spare replacement parts needed for  first year period = free-of-charge Plus spare parts for emergency replacement
• After first year replacement; some consumable parts may be replace by  local supplied parts in your region in equivalent features. But some parts  you may not find locally therefore you should buy directly from us. We always keep inventories of all spare parts in Ready-to-serve basis.
